This is my aboriginal time in any analysis is to travel to be negative. I use Panasonic amount of all items and I adulation. Let me inform you, that was my native home theater system which I bought after much research, since the appearance of this artifact and the sum was offered him. Blu-Ray, YouTube / Pandora, iPod dock, etc. etc. .. complete all appeal acceptable in one package. At that time I bought, there was no saddle reviews on Amazon. I had two of these on Amazon, one by one (after that of the native has been replaced by Amazon), and both were defective.
Error description:
There was no time to finish this siege (rear). They were members of an agreement and wireless LAN system has been correctly activated, while the agenda was appropriate transmitter into the half in the capital …. Troubleshooting ActiWed completed:
After completing all cable connections, I used the "Auto Speaker Setup 'to reveal the speakers and get an ideal surround sound rear speakers (as suggested in the manual). Since these were not detected by the system, the message was displayed on the screen is to shut down your computer, check connections and repeat the setup. I did it three times, but there was no disclosure. I assured that the wireless system is on and digital transmitter is plugged correctly the main unit. I noticed that there is an indicator of wireless (W) on the main unit and the wireless system is turned green. These two indicators show that the system communicate wirelessly with the main unit. I also occurred around switch on the back of the wireless system is centrally located. I turned the wireless system and then back down.
I called Panasonic to help with this. Panasonic representative made me repeat the above steps to ensure thatnothing is missing. They also asked me to do manual surround speaker, press SURROUND on the remote control (this shows the SRD on the main unit during wireless indicator W) and holding it in Dolby PL II. They also asked me to adjust the speaker levels to +6 dB for the surround speakers via the menu `audio '. To check that there is something wrong with the rear speakers themselves, they asked me to associate one of the rear speakers in a front speaker cable. Once this is done, I could clearly hear the sound from the speaker, Which MEANS rear speakers were good, but they were days that receives the main unit, since they were connected to the wireless system. Note that there is no possibility of connecting the rear / surround the main unit by cable. This entire exercise was performed on two systems.
What do you suggest ….
After all these steps, Panasonic has suggested that I send the system back to Panasonic for repair. Their repaA plant for this particular system it is only in Texas and the whole process would have atleast two or three weeks. They said that Amazon is not authorized dealer for Panasonic and therefore there can be problems with the units sold by Amazon and can be arranged. They also indicated that wuoldn't was not a problem, I had bought from its authorized dealers such as Best Buy. Obviosuly, this was ridiculous. I never had any problems with Amazon.
Eventually ….
Unfortunately, the best thing for me was to return to Amazon, instead of waiting three weeks for them to restore the new system. What kind of Quality Review do so before the sale of these systems? I would like the system worked, atleast the second time I had! Thanks to Amazon for all the support I received from them through this process. I'm back on the market for a new ….. could deal with Samsung to get, some are 'expensive, but goes well with my SamsungLCD TV 46 inch …. and I do not accept agnosticism I'm going to buy it on Amazon yet. I am absolutely appalled by Panasonic yet.
